As for the Shipping Policy, the shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package that is shipped. All shipments are shipped from Honolulu, Hawaii. They offer shipping via UPS Ground, UPS Air and USPS (Priority Mail) for delivery within the USA. For an additional cost, UPS Air service can be requested for a 3-business day delivery. International options vary, and the preference can be chosen during checkout. Most of the time, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak shopping times such as holidays and sales, additional processing and packing time may be required. They are currently offering $5 flat rate shipping on all orders over $29 (after any discounts are applied) to any USA address. They are currently not offering any premium shipping options. For international shipments, foreign counties may require import documents and charge taxes and/or fees for the order. These documents and fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and will not be included with the order. For import regulations and requirements, it is advised to consult with the receiving country’s customs office prior to ordering. Shipping Specials are only for orders shipping via UPS Ground to street addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam & International orders are excluded from free shipping specials.
